From 5 to 9 February, the Expoforum convention and exhibition centre will host one of St. Petersburg’s most exquisite events.

From 5–7 December, the IX International Forum “Arctic: Today and the Future” was held at the Expoforum congress and exhibition centre. This year, the key public event dedicated to the development of Arctic zone of the Russian Federation brought together 2,500 delegates from 40 of Russia’s federal subjects, including all of the Arctic regions.

On 5 November, in the Expoforum convention and exhibition centre, work began at "Megustro"; the main event of the restaurant market for chefs and restaurant owners.

MedIn 2019, the St. Petersburg International Medical and Pharmaceutical Forum, was held from October 22 to 24 at Expoforum center. It is the largest industry event in the North-West of Russia, attended by 3000 industry specialists.

The agenda includes the issues of foreign investments attraction to the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation, as well as impact of foreign sanctions on the investment climate and state subsidies.

The execution framework for the project by United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) on ecologically safe regulations and final PCBs disposal at Russian Railways JSC, Vodokanal St. Petersburg SUE, and other proprietary enterprises was extended by one year, by December 2020. This is what Sergey Korotkov, Director of the International Industrial Cooperation Center UNIDO, reported today, on October 1st, at the panel discussion Energy Efficiency of Industrial Facilities: New Technologies and Standards, arranged during the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum.

Throughout this week runs one of the most significant Forum events, the session "HR Policy of Companies in Development of the Russian Oil and Gas Complex." Under its umbrella runs the panel discussion "Aspects of Interaction of Enterprises in the Real Economy Sector with Higher Education Institutions".
