On 3 October, within the framework of the 8th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, the National Gas Vehicle Association of Russia (NGVA) and the Korea Association for Natural Gas & Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (KANFV) signed a cooperation agreement.

Alongside with the business events and the exhibition, SPIGF-2018 is running the Youth Day: Dialogue of Generations - a discussion platform bringing together oil and gas specialists and students of leading specialized universities from Russia, Germany, China and 10 other countries of the world. The program of the Youth Day includes workshops, a case-tournament, a plenary session, an "off-tie" meeting with leaders of international energy companies, and a cultural program for students.

Development of gas engine fuel technology and infrastructure is one of the focal issues at the 8th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum. On its second day the Forum hosted the Russia-Korea NGV Technical Forum as part of its business program. Gas engine fuel, where representatives of leading companies in this sphere shared their experience and unveiled their latest solutions in the field of gas fuel and liquefied gas.

On 3 October, the Procurement Centre started working at the site of the main gas event in Russia. Representatives of more than 50 companies - suppliers and buyers of the gas industry are to come face to face with each other.

We would like to remind you that on 4 and 5 of October, the 15th International Conference on Northeast Asian Natural Gas and Pipeline Forum will be held as part of the business program of the Gas Forum.

2 October was the zero day of the 8th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum at ExpoForum. One of the participants of the large-scale SPIGF exposition, bringing together more than 500 exhibitors, is the international energy company Uniper SE.

Characters from various times and events assembled on 23 and 24 February at Lenexpo for the “Recon 2018” historical reconstruction festival. Competitions in historical fencing, knight tournaments and masterclasses for people of all ages formed part of the event under the common slogan “History comes alive here”.
