On 5-6 September, the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre will host the Tenth public action “I Choose Sport!,” promising the visitors and the participants a bright sports event involving show programmes of young athletes, sports competitions and championships, interactive areas, master classes and meet-ups with famous athletes.

On 28-29 June, Petersburgers and visitors to the city had the chance to learn more about the traditions of the peoples of the Russian North, South, East and West. Guests were treated to performances by dance and vocal folk ensembles, game areas, and master classes.

The event, devoted to the work of the customs services, is being held at ExpoForum on 3-4 June and features the participation of more than 40 companies and organisations from Russia, Estonia, Finland and Latvia. The exhibition showcases customs, logistics and transport-forwarding services, as well as technological innovations, such as a device that uses a laser to detect banned substances.

Expoforum has witnessed the start of a specialised convention-and-exhibition devoted to technologies for the processing of powder and granular substances – Solids Russia, gathering more than 60 of the industry’s leading companies from Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Russia, Slovenia, Sweden and Holland.

Expoforum was the scene of the opening of the Hipposphere Equestrian Exhibition – the largest such specialised event in the Russian Northwest, including a business programme for specialists and a dazzling show for city residents and visitors alike. The exhibition is attended by more than 17,000 people every year.

Roughly 200 companies, including the producers and suppliers of equipment and services for the energy industry, are taking part in the III Russian International Energy Forum and XXII International Specialised Exhibition “Energy and Electrical Engineering,” attended by some 9,000 people every year.

Taking part in the event are more than 200 companies from 50 Russian regions, as well as exhibits and delegates from Belarus, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Korea.
