Equestrian sport is now becoming popular and accessible, and horse breeding is gradually turning into an attractive business that could be a potential hotspot for developers. Opportunities and mechanisms for attracting investment in equestrian business and problems in personnel training were discussed by representatives of the Equestrian Federation and entrepreneurs at the session “Equestrian Sport as a Way of Life and a Promising Business Area” held on June 16 within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

On June 10, the International Equestrian Exhibition “Hipposphere” hosted the Conference “Science of Horse Breeding. Practical Results and Achievements” and presentation of the 7th volume of the State Stud Book of Karachay breed horses.

The annual participant of the International Equestrian Exhibition Hipposphere – the Bagmut Center of Cossack trick riding in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region – presented Hussar Stories, a new program of equestrian theatrical performance with elements of trick riding.

On June 10, the small arena of the International Equestrian Exhibition Hipposphere has featured the 2nd stage of the competition on hobbyhorsing for the “Cup of Hobbyhorsing Federation of St. Petersburg – 2023”.

June 9, the center of attraction is the big arena. Calm and short-tempered, intended for riding, draft and sports, chestnut and black – more than five dozen horses are presented at the first breed ring of the International Equestrian Exhibition Hipposphere.

A special guest of the Hipposphere Exhibition, the Shyu Khase Society of Circassian Horsemen, presented the Adygesh, Kabardian horse breed, the pride of its region and one of the oldest indigenous breeds of riding and draft horses.
