Agreement to hold an event

Ideally, agreements to hold events should be concluded:

• 12 months before the scheduled start date of the event for exhibitions and conventions
•  6 months before the start date for other types of event.

Concluding the agreement this far in advance enables the Organiser to book the most appropriate exhibition space and/or conference halls, and to make the best possible preparations for the event. For its part, ExpoForum International can offer discounts for early bookings, in accordance with the ExpoForum International Discounts, Agent Commission and Bonuses policy, and will prioritise allocation of exhibition spaces, conference halls and other resources.
