Housing and Utilities of Russia is a one-of-a-kind event for specialists in the housing and utilities industry from Russia and the CIS countries, the main concept of which is a communication platform aimed at establishing issues of repair and maintenance of housing stock, resettlement of emergency housing, landscaping and waste management.

The opening ceremony was attended by Denis Belyaev, Chairman of the Committee for Nature Management, Environmental Protection and Environmental Safety of St. Petersburg, who read out a welcoming speech from Alexander Beglov, Governor of St. Petersburg. Enterprises subordinated to the Committee for Energy and Engineering Support took part in the exhibition and business program. Professionals attended more than 10 sessions on housing maintenance, learned about the best cases of capital repairs and the use of the latest materials and technologies, as well as public control in the housing sector.
