During the year, 29 thousand employees of «Gazprom Neft» learned how to work with Russian software

«Gazprom Neft» develops its human resources potential by training its own specialists and university students.

In 2023, 29 thousand employees were trained to work with domestic operating systems and programs. Ivan Erikh, Head of the IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications Department of «Gazprom Neft», told about this on November o1 during the Presentation Day «Proactive Import Substitution in the Oil and Gas industry: IT, Equipment and New Technologies», held as part of the SPIGF-2023 at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre.

For developing human resources, «Gazprom Neft» also cooperates with universities and teaches under five corporate programs, through which
15 thousand students have already passed.
