Are You Going to Hipposphere?

In 3 days already, on June 10, the 23rd Hipposphere International Equestrian Exhibition will start to feature 200 horses and over 20 breeds! The program includes a motor equestrian show, a show of off horse riding skills, a show jumping contest and many other things. And you will be met by none other than Emperor Peter I riding his favorite stallion Lisette!

This year the Exhibition will be dedicated to the 350th anniversary of Peter the Great, the first Russian Emperor and the founder of our favorite St. Petersburg. However, we know him not only as a reformer and an unequalled governor, but also as a thoughtful horse owner.

Peter I was truly attached to the horse named Lisette. It’s no coincidence that this very horse is depicted on all the paintings with Peter I. A famous horse has suffered through all the struggle of the Great Northern War with the Emperor, including the Battle of Poltava. And once he even saved Peter’s life. At the Hipposphere Exhibition there will be an attempt to recreate the images of the Emperor and his favorite horse.

Besides, impressive performances are waiting for the guests: Hidalgo Show, the performance Onegin and Tatiana based on the Onegin’s Demon musical, performances on 12 breeding rings, a dramatized show Bremen Musicians and many other things. The motor equestrian show, a mixture of two elements with the roaring of a hot motor engine and horse grace and power will be a true surprise.

In full view of the public best representatives of breeds will be chosen every day, and on the closing day the best horse of the Exhibition, an absolute champion of Hipposphere will be chosen.

There will be Business Program events for specialists of the industry, and one meet bloggers on the smaller ring. The guest star is Nina Prince, a participant of equestrian shows, a blogger with millions of viewers on Tik-Tok.

Traditional workshops, contests for the entire family will be held and, which is more, you will be able to meet the most charming animals — horses.
