“Personnel. Management. Safety” Exhibition Opens in St. Petersburg

CUBE EXPO specialized exhibition “Personnel. Management. Safety” on occupational safety and staff development has been launched on March 17 at EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Center.

For the sixth consecutive year, CUBE EXPO exhibition opens its exposition as the only specialized event dedicated to occupational safety and personnel development in the North-West. The project is traditionally held in collaboration with St. Petersburg International Labor Forum, organized with support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and the Government of St. Petersburg. Together these two projects have become a major meeting venue for government officials, leading experts and top talents in human resources management.

Guests of the official opening ceremony included Dmitry Cherneiko, Chairman of the Committee for Labor and Employment; Georgy Molebnov, Director of the Department of Working Conditions and Occupational Safety of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security; Elena Chernova, First Vice-Rector of St. Petersburg State University, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics of Enterprise and Entrepreneurship; Artem Shadrin, General Director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “National Development Agency”; Svetlana Bakhtina, Head of the Directorate of the “Occupational Safety and Health” exhibition supported by the Association of Developers, Manufacturers and Suppliers of Personal Protective Equipment; and Sergey Voronkov, General Director of Expoforum International.

“Today we are working under special conditions of changing economic geography, in which the issues of staffing, production safety and labor productivity are central,” said Sergey Voronkov. He wished everyone fruitful work, success, and effective communication.

The core subject matters of CUBE EXPO in 2022 are occupational safety services, personal protective equipment, IT-solutions, occupational medicine, HR-tech and technical security aids.

Participants of the exhibition will showcase the opportunities, innovations and case studies of work process management at enterprises. More than 70 companies are taking part in the exhibition in various formats. They will share how to best ensure comfort, safety and high performance at the workplace.

In scope of the exhibition, Business Networking Center opened its doors for direct business negotiations between the largest buyers of the North-West region and suppliers of goods and services for occupational safety and personnel development. About 1500 meetings between buyers and suppliers of specialized services have already been planned.

During the two days, guests and participants will be treated to an eventful business program: presentations, roundtable discussions and meetings with representatives of federal and regional authorities. The program will also feature such hot topics as “How to support PPE industry. Development prospects: plans, forecasts, reality”, “How to promote PPE without Instagram and Facebook. Alternatives to Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Advertising networks and other channels”.

Presentation venues where participants will be offered practical knowledge from experts’ first-hand will work on both days. One of such venues will be the session “Safety in business. How pervasive uncertainty affects people’s mood and what should business owners do about it”, to be held by Aleksandr Ryazantsev, a practicing psychologist with 30 years of experience.

CUBE EXPO exhibition brings together the most topical trends in the labor market to demonstrate the latest achievements and developments in nurturing the culture of safety and protection of workers against occupational hazards.
