Real estate fair wraps up in St. Petersburg

From 30 October to 1 November, Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre hosted Russia’s largest exhibition for home-buyers – the “Real Estate Fair” was attended by more than 30,000 St. Petersburg residents.

This time, showcasing their capabilities across a space spanning some 11,000 sq. metres were more than 300 participating companies, including the city’s biggest construction companies, mortgage agencies and banks, the leading real estate agencies, developers and builders on the suburban market, and foreign real estate agencies. The exhibition itself encompasses a total of three separate expositions: “Urban Real Estate Fair,” “Salon of Foreign and Resort Real Estate,” and “Alternative to the City: Cottage and Countryside Construction.” Expo visitors were given the opportunity to get a free consultation from leading specialists on the prudent processing of documents when purchasing real estate, rules governing the acceptance of apartments directly from developers, the finer points of participatory construction deals, the nuances of purchasing suburban real estate, and much more.

In the 15 years since its inception, the fair has become a cornerstone event on the St. Petersburg real estate market, with the name “Real Estate Fair” itself elevated to nationwide prominence: today, the brand is being used by some two dozen regional exhibitions.
