Real estate fair opened in St. Petersburg

From 27 through 29 October, the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre will host the anniversary exhibition “Real Estate Fair.” Three independent displays: “City Real Estate,” “Suburban Real Estate” and “Foreign and Resort Real Estate” combined over 300 market players.

For already the 35th time, the project has gathered in one site the largest developers, experienced realty agencies, reliable banks, competent lawyers and representatives from government foundations.

The section “City Real Estate” presents new developments in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, apartments in buildings under construction and on the secondary market, low complexes in the suburbs, apartment hotels, mortgage programmes, services of realtors, lawyers, insurers and designers. Additionally, a special programme is presented “Real Estate for Income!” for private investors.

At the display “Suburban Real Estate” there is a display of the unit “We Build a Suburban House,” which presents finished houses built at the exhibit on a real scale, new materials and the most advanced technologies. Here one can find out about all construction stages of a suburban house: from selecting the design and construction materials to interior design and development of the territory. The participating companies demonstrate the technologies and materials, innovations in the construction industry in several sections: design and construction of houses, engineering, foundations and geodetic work, roofing, building and finishing materials, and so forth.

This time the Fair opened a new space: “Design and Interior” with a number of seminars on finishing and design of the inner decoration of the house.

The business programme participants will discuss the most frequent mistakes in construction, share experience and show graphically how to approach construction competently, what is more advantageous, build the house yourself or buy a finished version. The fair guests can attend 60 seminars, roundtable discussions and consultations.
