Every year the Forum brings together more than 2,000 participants. The business program consists of 50 sections divided by thematic areas: financing and investment support, transport and infrastructure, resource base development, ecosystem conservation, social development and youth policy, international cooperation, integrated security architecture, creative economy and cultural heritage, industry, technology and communications, science, education and skills, regional and municipal development.

The 2,000 sq. meters exposition will present the latest developments and achievements in the field of digital environment, shipbuilding, transport and logistics, industrial safety, environmental protection, etc.

The Forum is organized by the Association of Polar Explorers. The Organizing Committee is headed by the President of the Association of Polar Explorers, Special Representative of the President of Russia for International Cooperation in the Arctic and Antarctic, State Duma Deputy Artur Chilingarov.
