The cooperation agreement is concluded within the framework of organization and holding of the All-Russian Maritime Congress (Moscow, September 24–25, 2024), the International Exhibition and Conference «NEVA 2025» (St. Petersburg, September 23–26, 2025) and the 3rd Forum «Arctic – Regions» (Arkhangelsk, 2025). The agreement was signed by Aleksander Ulyanov, General Director of Neva International, and Maksim Dankin, General Director of Expert Center of the Arctic Development Project Office.
