Guests Were Found for the Radio Host, an Artist – for the Toyger, and the Market – for the Feed Manufacturer

Due to the new format of the business event “Networking Roasting”, participants of the Exhibition Zooindustria have got prospective partners and plans for mutually beneficial collaboration right on the venue.

On February 28, as part of the International Business Exhibition of Goods and Services for Pets Zooindustria, the shocking networking event took place in the format of the “NETWORKING ROASTING” show from the Exhibition’s partner – the UVIVO company. Through positive provocations and humor, the presenter Aleksandr Petrov “sorted out” the participants and gave recommendations on improving self-presentation. He found out the entrepreneurs’ business needs and, right during the event, brought them together with prospective partners that also took part in the same “roasting”: representatives of small, medium and large pet businesses, manufacturers of goods and services, breeders, IT, E-comm and the media.

One of the first participants in the roasting was the artist Aleksandr Glenko. In the hall where the event took place, there was his exhibition “The Unflappable Cat”. According to the artist, kind and ironic images of the unflappable cat make it possible to escape from the worries of adulthood for at least a short time and turn into a child who sincerely rejoices, dreams and creates. Each of the 14 cats depicted is a hero with its own story. Cats can become a mascot of a trademark or a brand. It was this capacity that the presenter “sold” to the event participants. He invited the entrepreneurs to exchange contacts with the artist, for creating their “unflappable cat”.

For another participant of the event, the radio host of the radio station Silver Rain Andrey Propesku, the presenter found guests on the air right in the hall.

Aleksey, the head and founder of the Eurodogbox project, presented to the audience aluminum car cages and birthing boxes for animals produced in accordance with individual measurements. Metal boxes make it possible to conveniently transport animals in various types of transport: cars, trucks, passenger buses. Breeders and nursery managers interested in this product turned out to be in the hall.

Boris Moiseev, the developer of dietary treats for animals, has already found several prospective production partners in half a day of work at the Zooindustria. In parallel, he has been looking for the sales market. The “roasting” was attended by the entrepreneurs interested in collaboration. The parties exchanged contacts and continued to communicate in private discussion after the event.

The unique breed of Toyger cats (“toy tigers”) was presented by Natalia Surikova, head of the Dynasty nursery. At the Exhibition, she looks for pet manufacturers that can advertise Toygers on their products. Immediately, the presenter returned to the author of “Unflappable Cats” and invited him to draw a Toyger.

The entrepreneurs showed proactive interest in the event and received in return contacts of prospective partners interested in collaboration.

The networking culmination was the speech by Olga Klimova, CEO of UVIVO. In the format of a master class, the expert helped the business audience identify their business goals, strengths of their products or services being sold, and growth points for business development. For determining factors for the business development strategy, Olga suggests that an entrepreneur starts with the question “Why do I do what I do?”.
