Pushkin. Rock. Love.

On Saturday evening of April 16 in EXPOFORUM, the audience can enjoy poetry by the great Aleksandr Pushkin, music performed by the Tavrichesky International Symphony Orchestra, magic melodies from the “Pushkin. Rock. Love” musical by the famous St. Petersburg composer Victor Pleshak, and the voice of the trendy singer Eduard Sharlot – all in one concert. Tickets can be purchased online and with Pushkin card.

“Some Strange Eternity...” program is a provocative mix of the classical sound of symphonic music and voices of the popular singer Sharlot and soloists of the State Philharmonic for Children and Youth. The two-part concert is good for family recreation: each generation will find something to enjoy. Young people from 14 to 22 years old can buy a ticket with the Pushkin card.

“Some Strange Eternity...” alludes to a quote and paper “Return to Pushkin” by the 19th century Russian philosopher Vasily Rozanov who speculated about the uniqueness of the great poet's personality. Aleksandr Sergeevich is a kindly storyteller for children, a noble friend to the young people, a gentleman to girls and women, a conversationalist and adviser to elders.

The concert will be held as part of the “Dialogues/Dialogues” youth project.

Start: 19.30

Venue: 64 lit. A, EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Center, E1-E2 Hall, St. Petersburg.
