Attendance Rules for the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Center since November 1, 2021

Dear exhibitors, speakers, event organizers, visitors, media representatives!

In accordance with the current requirements in terms of COVID-19, from November 1, 2021 on, access to the event venue for all participants and visitors (employees working at exhibition stands, speakers, personnel, visitors (VIP / delegates / specialists / individuals), media representatives), excluding participants and visitors under 18 years old is available with one out of the three following documents only:

•     either a QR code received through a special application of the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation to confirm that the citizen has received the second component of the vaccine or a single-component vaccine;

•     or a QR code received through a special application of the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation to confirm that the citizen had already suffered from the Coronavirus infection, and no more than six calendar months have passed since the date of recovery;

•     or a certificate to confirm having a medical exemption to coronavirus infection vaccination released by the medical commission of a healthcare organization where the patient is under care due to the disease which serves as a reason for medical exemption.

As for the persons that are not citizens of the Russian Federation, they are required to have a document issued by an authorized medical organizations to confirm reception of the first and (or) the second component of the vaccine or a single-component vaccine.
