The Leningrad Region is the land of chocolate
The agreement of the Committee on Agroindustrial Complex of the Leningrad Region with 17:17 LLC on socioeconomic cooperation in the framework of the investment project for the launch of the chocolate factory «Putevodnaya Zvezda» was signed today at the 33rd International Agroindustrial Exhibition «Agrorus 2024».
«The confectionery industry and chocolate production are currently gaining momentum in the Leningrad Region. According to the results of last year, the increase in confectionery production in the Region amounted to 5.6%. Our chocolate is exported and is in great demand abroad. The new factory will ensure the consumer demand of the population of the Leningrad Region and other regions for confectionery products», said Oleg Malashchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Leningrad Region, Chairman of the Committee on Agroindustrial and Fishery Complex.
The new factory, with its capacity of over 20 metric tons of products per year will be built in Luzhsky District. The cost of the project is 800 million rubles, at least 60 jobs are planned to be created.

The 17:17 Company produces gift chocolate, author's chocolate, chocolate under its own trademarks, and conducts charity events.
