From February 28 to March 1, the All-Russian BIG GROOMING BOSS Conference was held at the 5th International Exhibition of Goods and Services for Pets Zooindustria-2024.

The Conference was organized by Milord LLC. Its co-owner and CEO Denis Vasiliev made the presentation “Investments in Grooming Business”. The expert said that a groomer should think like an investor. Only people with business mindset succeed, not those who just love animals.

For developing business skills, Vasiliev advised watching the movie The Founder and reading the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

The BIG GROOMING BOSS Conference focused on practical recommendations. So, on the second day of the business program, Vasiliev held his workshop dedicated to zoning grooming salons, using the example of Milord LLC.

Konstantin Golovishin, a representative of Nicole LLC also made the presentation “Training employees for themselves within the current labor market conditions” at the Conference.

Evgenia Krivobok (Baloven LLC) and Antonina Rogoznaya (Business School “Strigushchiy Biznes”) spoke online about business development. Vladimir Pristaichuk (Ad Agency BarsaMedia) also reported on business promotion.

Aleksandr Suslov, Commercial Director of BimAssist LLC, spoke about automation of grooming salons and schools.

And Tatyana Naumkina from the company Lapa Moya presented the image of the client of the future.

The Exhibition Zooindustria-2024 takes place at the EXPOFORUM from February 28 to March 1. It is participated by 150 companies, and the business program includes over 20 events. Over 6,000 guests will visit the venue in three days.
