By order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 15, 2021, the National Guard of Russia was determined as the organizer of the new forum, added to the list of Russian international exhibitions of military products. Viktor Zolotov stressed that this was the first exhibition of such a scale for the National Guard of Russia, and also noted the importance of the upcoming forum for the scientific and socio-political life of the country. According to General of the Army Viktor Zolotov, the exhibition would actually end such a significant year for the National Guard of Russia, during which the agency celebrated its 5th anniversary, and the forces of law and order – 210 years from the date of formation.

The international exhibition of advanced technologies for ensuring the safety of individuals, society and the state EXPOTECHNOSTRAZH-2021 ) shall be held under the auspices of the National Guard of Russia in St. Petersburg in November 2021. The forum shall feature special equipment and weapons, high-tech, innovative developments in the field of security, aimed at improving the technical equipment of law enforcement agencies and other security agencies. The exhibition shall be held in 20 thematic clusters, including demonstration of robotic systems, observation and aiming devices, communication equipment and information technologies. The event shall show the ways to increase the efficiency of technical means of law enforcement agencies in terms of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
