Etalon, one of the largest Russian companies in the field of development and construction, celebrates its anniversary.

Over 35 years in the market, Etalon has built the real estate with a total area of almost 8 million square meters in St. Petersburg and Moscow. It has also implemented projects in other cities. 350,000 Russians have come to own new residential property.

Etalon Group has special relations with the EXPOFORUM. In 2014, the company built a unique convention and exhibition centre which still arouses admiration of industry’s professionals that come to St. Petersburg. Innovative technologies were used during construction — for the first time in Russia.

The Church of the Smolensk Icon of the Theotokos was restored on the EXPOFORUM territory. Construction was carried out by original drafts of architect Giacomo Quarenghi’s.

Currently EXPOFORUM annually holds more than 200 events visited by more than a million residents of St. Petersburg and guests of the city.
