Before submitting an application to participate in an exhibition or fair, exhibitors must carefully read through the Participant’s Manual, which can be found on the website for the event concerned.

The Participant’s Manual contains all the information you need about the schedule for planning and staging the event, the conditions and exact location where it will take place and a list of the services available, forms for commercial agreements, rates for services, information about registration fees, order forms for services, contact details for the event organiser, and other important information.
