St. Petersburg international scientific and educational salon will present the potential of St. Petersburg as the largest educational, scientific and cultural center.

The Salon is the largest event in the city aimed at demonstrating of the educational, research and innovation activities of educational organizations located on the territory of St. Petersburg, implementing programs of higher, secondary and additional professional education, other organizations whose activities are related to training and employment, as well as scientific and other innovation-active organizations.

Goals of the Salon :

• Presentation of the potential of St. Petersburg as the largest educational, scientific and cultural centre;
• To ensure close cooperation between employers and educational institutions of vocational education of Saint-Petersburg with a view to agreeing the structure and quality of training in programs of higher and secondary professional education with the needs of socio-economic development of Saint-Petersburg;
• Facilitating to the exchange of experience of application of modern educational technologies and development of innovations in the sphere of professional education;
• Identification of the main trends in demand in the market of educational services in the sphere of professional education;
• Attracting students from various regions of Russia to receive education in the educational institutions of professional education system of St. Petersburg, showing the range of possibilities for professional education in St. Petersburg
