Uchastniki Kongressa - predstaviteli professorsko-prepodavatel'skogo sostava, sotrudniki, studenty, aspiranty obrazovatel'nykh organizatsiy vysshego i srednego professional'nogo obrazovaniya, nauchnykh i inykh innovatsionno-aktivnykh organizatsiy, raspolozhennykh na territorii Sankt-Peterburga i inykh sub"yektov Rossiyskoy Federatsii, zarubezhnykh stran, predstaviteli organov gosudarstvennoy vlasti.

The format of the Congress is full-time, the working language is Russian. Participation is free.

By the beginning of the work of the Congress, it is planned to publish a collection of materials of the Congress. Printed materials for publication in the Proceedings of the Congress are accepted until September 10, 2023 on the Internet on the website of the StudyInSPb information portal.

The congress program will include oral presentations. The list of reports is formed on the basis of submitted applications for a speech and articles in the collection of proceedings of the congress.
