Megustro 2020

One of the largest professional events for the HORECA industry. 

The mission of MEGUSTRO is the sustainable development of the hotel and restaurant industry in St. Petersburg, uniting all market players and building mutually beneficial relationships.

The key objective of the event is to facilitate the exchange of experience and best practices for all those associated with the culture of hospitality and restaurant business

MEGUSTRO participants are more than 7000 restaurant market professionals, business owners, marketing and personnel management specialists, managers and many other representatives of HoReCa in St. Petersburg, the region, and throughout Russia

The business program of the event includes more than 100 workshops from renowned industry experts on restaurant management, teamwork, attracting visitors, and applying digital technologies. A special place had given to startups, IT technologies and innovations in the restaurant market.

The key event will be a vibrant interactive Chefs Challenge show featuring Russian and foreign chefs invited by METRO, Michelin Red Guide stars and numerous awards from around the world

MEGUSTRO will host the qualifying round of the All-Russian Open Culinary Championship Chef a la Russe among chefs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, organized by METRO and the Russian National Culinary Association under the auspices of the World Association of Chef Communities (WORLDCHEFS - WACS)
