EXPOFORUM's Delegation Arrived in London
On 21 March, a delegation from ExpoForum International arrived in London to study the experience of foreign companies and take part in the Exhibition News Award ceremony, in which EXPOFORUM was short-listed.
Maria Tsedeviyn, Head of the Advertising, Design and Digital Department, Alexander Parkhomchuk, Head of Technical Support and Services, and Anzhela Lyubimova, Head of the Department of Conventions, met with James Reese, ExCel London Executive Director and ICCA president. The parties discussed the business processes, the portrait of the client, the loading of the facilities, logistics, and further integration of EXPOFORUM and ICCA.
The EXPOFORUM delegation also paid a visit to the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre. Their British colleagues showed their equipment, projectors and IT platforms. The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre has gotten rid of all paperwork. All tasks and applications from the Sales Department arrive at their destination in the Technical Services Department with the help of a specially developed app, and LED screens on site have been replaced with laser projectors that are not inferior in quality, but much easier to service.
On the same day, the delegation held a meeting with Nicola President, CEO of Cat Media Publishers. At the meeting, the parties discussed their cooperation, special projects and a tour for journalists travelling to St. Petersburg.
On 22 March, the delegation from ExpoForum International held negotiations with Adam Buggs, Director of Soaring Worldwide PR Agency, and Julia Watterson, Director of Watterson Associate Company, to discuss implementation of the plan to promote EXPOFORUM on the international market.
The evening concluded with Sergey Alexeev, Vice President of ExpoForum International and President of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs and Maria Tsedeviyn taking part in the Exhibition News Award gala dinner sponsored by Mash Media. This is the second year in a row that EXPOFORUM was short-listed to receive the prestigious UK award in the category for the Best International Venue 2019.
