Rebirth of Radio Electronics

On September 27, the 23rd International Exhibition “Electronics and Instrumentation” (“RADEL”) and the 24th International Exhibition “Automation” opened at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center.

Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of St. Petersburg Tatiana Radion spoke at the opening ceremony.

“Over 100 Chinese companies are taking part in the exhibition. This confirms the fact that China is Russia’s main trading partner. Today, when the market is going through a period of transformation, exhibition participants have unique opportunities to occupy vacant niches,” Radion said.

General Director of ExpoForum International Sergey Voronkov thanked the organizer of the exhibitions FAREXPO for many years of cooperation and noted the exhibitions development.

“It’s nice to see that exhibitions are growing and developing. This is a barometer of the economy, a territory of business optimism. Radio electronics is now experiencing a rebirth. Judging by the number of visitors, stands, and sparkling eyes, I am sure that contacts will turn into contracts, and impressions will turn into high-quality communication and a good mood,” Voronkov said.

At the exhibitions, more than 200 participants from Russia, Belarus, China and Turkey presented electronic components and accessories, printed circuit boards, 3D printing of electronics, designs, technologies, materials for production, industrial equipment, measuring, control and testing, diagnostic devices and systems and much more.

The RADEL and “Automation” exhibitions are held from September 27 to 29. On the event days, free shuttle buses run from the Moskovskaya metro station to the Expoforum.
