To become a contest participant, it is necessary to draw a “reanimated” gas flame. The character (gas spark) may be made in any technique and style, with the use of any art materials.

A scanned copy of the drawing should be sent to the Organizer’s e-mail address (ev.smirnova@expoforum.ru) marked “Children Drawing Contest”.

Files with drawings sent via e-mail should be in the electronic JPEG or PDF formats of good quality. The size of a graphic file should be 1 Mbyte and more.

The e-mail text should contain: author’s surname and name; place of residence (region, city or settlement); age; contact phone number. The e-mail letter should have appended to it the scanned copy of a consent to personal data processing.

All children residing on the RF territory at the age from 4 to 16 may take part in the contest.

The contest is held by three age groups:

• junior age group – 4–7 years of age
• middle age group – 8–12 years of age
• senior age group – 13–16 years of age

The contest holding term: from December 27, 2023 to January 26, 2024 (2 stages).

The first stage.

Acceptance of children drawings: from December 27, 2023 to January 12, 2024.

Work of the jury, selection of the first three places by age groups:
from January 12, 2024 to January 18, 2024.

The second stage.

Popular online voting on the website of St. Petersburg International Gas Forum: from January 19, 2024 to January 26, 2024.

Declaring the winners (determining the 1st place by each age category): January 26, 2024. Young artists having taken the 1st, 2nd, 3d places by age groups will be granted prizes by the Organizer.

All children works sent to participate in the contest will be presented at the venue of PIGF-2024.
