More than 5,500 visitors and participants are expected at the CUBE EXPO, who will share their experience and present their best practices aimed at developing human capital and labor relations.

“This year, the key feature of the CUBE EXPO Exhibition is active involvement of the audience in interactive formats. On March 16–17, the EXPOFORUM will host over 20 creative games for the companies’ representatives, aimed at developing awareness of importance of occupational safety and establishing the effective occupational safety management system in the organization. Demonstration high-altitude works will be performed at the special training ground, and in the gallery of novelties they will present unique equipment allowing evacuation of people with disabilities, professional personal protective equipment and workwear,” Sergey Voronkov stressed.

“The Employment Service strives to keep up with these changes and offer job seekers exactly the forms of employment that fit into their current life circumstances, career plans and interests,” Dmitry Cherneyko said.

Online platforms allow job seekers to be offered more opportunities for professional implementation. Their cooperation with state organizations will be one of key issues of the congress program of the Labour Forum.

The CUBE EXPO business program provides for expansion of topics in terms of discussing occupational safety and health, personnel management and training, as well as scientific organization of labour and modern workplaces. The particular block of events will be dedicated to discussion of occupational safety and personnel development in the Arctic Zone. In total, the congress program includes more than 20 events. Discussing problems of the oil and gas sector, shipbuilding and infrastructure construction, experts will share efficient practices for ensuring and developing the occupational safety management system in these industries.

About 50 companies will take part in the Exhibition, which will present products and services in the field of occupational safety and development of human, professional and creative capabilities. Answering the question from journalists about changes in the agenda and format of the CUBE EXPO for seven years, Sergey Voronkov noted that the event reflects real demands of the time. Before the pandemic, the topic of development of manufacturing and engineering was in demand; during the pandemic personal protective equipment, remote work format, IT security and popularization of medical practice were discussed. Today, the agenda is determined by the entry of business into new sales markets and development of import substitution, with their topical issues of finding labour resources and creating new cooperative chains.

For this purpose, the CUBE EXPO provides for the active format focused on the main trend — meeting the demand of the target audience of the event for live contacts, for direct communication between the manufacturer and the buyer of goods and services. Among them, the Business Contact Center, the platform for meeting suppliers of goods and services with buyers, where it is possible to negotiate with the largest purchasing companies at the federal and regional levels. The Business Contact Center will work in the thematic areas “Occupational Safety Day” and “HR Day” on March 16–17. More than 1,600 business meetings are planned to be held at the event.

Besides, the speakers in the press conference were: Aleksey Dolzhikov, Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, Elena Chernova, Executive Secretary of the Forum Organizing Committee, First Vice-Rector of Saint Petersburg State University, Artem Kumpel, Managing Director of Avito Work and Avito Services.
