Caramel Catering becomes winner of Rating of brands of St. Petersburg 2023

On August 29, winners of the fifth annual Rating of Petersburg Brands by the Delovoy Peterburg publishing house were honoured at the Erarta art museum. In the Editors’ Choice nomination, journalists nominated Caramel Catering with the wording “for the development of catering culture and contribution to the image”.

“Our activity is literally at the crossroads between the event industry and an original restaurant,” says Caramel Catering CEO Victoria Ivanova [VIYU1]. “But there is another special ingredient. We practice individual approach, customer orientation and clear adherence to the concept of the event. This approach became our driving force, helped us transcend the walls of our native EXPOFORUM where we have a large-scale modern production facility, and quickly win people’s love in the city.”

By the way, the company has been on the market for more than 20 years, but for the first years it worked exclusively within the framework of business programs. Now experts recommend it to customers who are choosing contractors for social and corporate events. The pandemic became a springboard for development and diversification. “After internships for the chef team in leading restaurants of St Petersburg and Moscow, we have completely revamped the menu. We have also created an in-house waiter and mentoring school. Now we feel the need for a restyling. In 2020 and 2021, EXPOFORUM also won St. Petersburg Brand Rating. Today General Director of ExpoForum International Sergey Voronkov is a member of the jury as a professional expert. “This is an important project for the city,” says Sergey Voronkov. “In the rating we see companies that are now the face of the city and Russia.
