The event will bring together over 100 participants – horse breeders, manufacturers of goods for horses and riders, industry specialists and professional athletes, 200 horses of more than 20 breeds from various regions of Russia and over 10,000 visitors. “Hipposphere” is the only one in the CIS equestrian event, where 11 breed rings are held at once.

For guests of the Exhibition, at the main arena, the rich show program will be daily held: show jumping competitions, motorcycle-horse show, Arab show, pony show, monobreed exhibitions, costumed demonstrations of equestrian clubs and theatrical performances with elements of riding. In specially designated areas, creative and equestrian workshops and, of course, live communication with horses and their owners in open stables wait for the Exhibition guests.

For the first time, the stylistic horse show “Legends of the Wild West” will take place at “Hipposphere”. Its participants will demonstrate western disciplines of the performance class, strength disciplines and the safest kind of rodeo – Barrel Racing.

The special guest of the event is the delegation from the Republic of Adygea. The Community of Circassian Horsemen “Shyu Khase”, in their traditional manner – with songs, dances and demonstration of masterpieces of the weapon craft, will present at the Exhibition the pride of their region – Kabardian horses.

The outdoor Exhibition will unforgettably impress every guest, regardless of their age.

The program at the arena will be complemented by the exposition of goods and services for horses and riders. The “HippoArt” Gallery will feature works by artists, sculptors, and photographers inspired by horses. The “HippoFest” Project with its informative expositions and workshops for all age groups will create the atmosphere of real family holiday. Equestrian tours and hikes will be presented in “HippoTour”, the specialized section of the Exhibition.

Business events dedicated to topical issues of the industry will be held in parallel with the demonstration and exhibition programs. Veterinary experts will discuss topical issues in the field of health and treatment of horses, and prevention of equine diseases. The scientific and practical conference on topical issues of domestic horse breeding and breeding accounting is planned with participation of specialists from Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy, and conducting practical workshops and seminars. The regular participant of the event – the search party LizaAlert – will tell about assistance of its mounted unit in the search for missing people.

The official program culmination will be awarding the absolute champion – the best horse of the Exhibition “Hipposphere-2023”.

The event uniqueness is in the combination of the exposition with the zootechnical, business, sports, demonstration and festival programs, the main participants of which are horses. In the spring of 2023, the Exhibition was highly appreciated and recognized by the professional community, becoming a finalist of the Annual National Award “Event of the Year” in the nomination “Sports Performance of the Year”.

For the third year in a row, “Hipposphere” will be held in the OpenAir format in the territory of the Derby Equestrian Club (the village of Enkolovo, Leningrad Region). The travel schedule and the schedule of free shuttles can be found on the project’s official website.

The International Equestrian Exhibition “Hipposphere-2023” will be held with participation of the Research Institute of Horse Breeding, the Veterinary Administration of the Leningrad Region, Saint Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, Saint Petersburg State Agrarian University, and the Federations of Equestrian Sports of Russia, Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
